I offer a choice of two programs to help you stop smoking.

Stop Smoking Program 1 - Auricular Therapy Alone

This program uses a standard, proven protocol of four (4) treatments on the first, second, fourth and eighth day.  Each treatment includes the placement of  no more than eight needles between the two ears on your most active points.  The program also includes detox tea and ear seeds to use for craving control between sessions.  (Ear seeds are small temporary placements on active points.)  The price for this program is $300 and one additional session, if needed, is included in this price.

Stop Smoking Program 2 - The "Double Whammy"
- Auricular Therapy and Hypnotherapy Combined

This program combines acupuncture on the ears (auricular therapy) , as described above, with  hypnotherapy.  The two therapies complement and intensify each other.   We have found that this program is excellent not only for smoking, but also for other addictions, including alcohol and marijuana.   This program is done in conjunction with Julia Anderson of MindOverAll Hypnotherapy Centre (located in Victoria).  The program includes a pre-interview ( on the phone), one combined session in Langford (where hypnotherapy is performed after the needles have been placed), 3 to 4 additional acupuncture sessions in Langford and 1 additional hypnotherapy session, in Victoria.  It also includes detox tea, craving control hypnotherapy sessions for 6 months, and, if for smoking, a "Smoke Free Support CD".  Please click here for a flyer with more information.  The total  cost of this program is $600.
